    Dorsey D. Farr, Ph.D., CFA 

    Dorsey is the Managing Member of kdhb V Capital Management, LLC, which serves as the investment manager and general partner of kdhb V Partners, LP, a private investment fund designed to earn attractive long-term returns through the application of a risk-averse, value-oriented investment process.

    Prior to forming kdhb V, he was co-founder of French Wolf & Farr, a boutique investment management and wealth advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, endowments and foundations. Previously, Dorsey served as Chief Economist and Director of Asset Allocation & Portfolio Strategy at Wilmington Trust Investment Management.

    Dorsey earned a Ph.D. and a M.A. in economics at the University of Virginia and a B.A. (summa cum laude) from Emory University. He has published scholarly articles in professional and academic journals, including the Journal of International Economics, the Journal of Portfolio Management, and the Journal of Wealth Management.

    Dorsey serves on the board of trustees of the Westminster Schools, where he is chairman of the investment committee. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Georgia Council on Economic Education.

    Dorsey and his wife Whitney live in Atlanta with their five children.
